There is no response when the prompt slogan appears on the screen of the Apple mobile phone

The solution to the unresponsiveness when the prompt slogan appears on the Apple phone screen is:

1. Solve it by force restarting the phone, such as on iPhone7 or iPhone7Plus: press and hold the side buttons at the same time and Volume Down button until you see the Apple logo.

2. Try going to iPhone Settings, Notifications, find Family in the application list, and turn off important warnings (provided that the Family app is not required to push important notifications). If you have not yet used the Family app, you can uninstall it first.
