Party style construction in Harbin Electric Power Vocational and Technical College

The Party Committee Work Department of the college is the department responsible for the party building work, spiritual civilization construction, ideological and political work, publicity and education of the whole college. Its main scope of responsibilities are:

1. Responsible for the theoretical education of teachers and students of the college. Responsible for organizing and implementing the work plan of the college's party committee and the college's ideological and political work, spiritual civilization construction, legal popularization and other annual work plans, and regularly inspecting the implementation.

2. Responsible for the formulation of theoretical study plans for the central group of the college party committee and all party members and cadres of the college, the purchase of materials, and implementation and assessment.

3. Responsible for the education, management and assessment of middle-level cadres, conduct annual assessments of middle-level cadres every year, and conduct inspections of appointed and deployed cadres.

4. Responsible for the selection and training plans of young and middle-aged cadres, and regularly organize cadre training courses. Implement the list of reserve cadres and submit it to the party committee for review and approval.

5. Review and approve the party member education and training plan and party member development plan, supervise and inspect the implementation of various systems such as "three meetings and one lesson", do a good job in cultivating and developing party members as activists, and run a good amateur party school.

6. Do a good job in the collection, management and use of party dues, transfer organizational relations and intra-party statistical reports, and ensure that they are timely, accurate and error-free.

7. Responsible for the target management and assessment of party branches and party members, and conscientiously do a good job in the democratic evaluation of party members and the work of "creating the first and evaluating the best".

8. Responsible for the construction of professional ethics in the college, the construction of campus culture, the construction of police-civilian relations, Taiwan affairs and overseas Chinese affairs, and united front work.

9. Organize and convene the college’s annual spiritual civilization construction and ideological and political work annual meeting.

10. Do a good job in organization, publicity, and news reporting. Provide guidance for news reports and television publicity.

11. Responsible for the balancing, review and subscription of publicly funded newspapers and publications.

12. Responsible for the hanging of flags and slogans on important festivals and the publicity and reporting of large-scale college events.
