At six o'clock in the morning, I set out from Yubei and went to Hechuan for business.

From one district to another, buses pass through tunnels and mountains, and the whole city is still filled with rain and fog.

As time was short, the rain outside did not decrease, so I casually went into a small noodle restaurant in the back street of the passenger center station and prepared to make do with lunch.

Unexpectedly, I found this is a treasure noodle restaurant full of warmth and goodwill.

This noodle restaurant is run by a middle-aged couple. The hosts are very kind. They are busy in the kitchen and warmly welcome the guests.

The whole store was bursting with popularity and excitement. Noodles and incense are mixed with hot air, which makes people who have just entered the house in the rain feel a kind of warmth and happiness.

I asked my boss for a bowl of beef rice noodles. After a while, a bowl of hot rice noodles was served on the table. Rice noodles are full, sauerkraut is spread flat on the surface, and coriander is decorated. The noodle soup is fragrant, which can be described as "full of color, flavor and taste". I couldn't help taking a bite of chopsticks.

Sauerkraut tastes salty and sour, and its taste is crisp. It is perfect with soft rice noodles and spicy oil soup.

The owner of this shop is very honest and kind. A bowl of one or two pieces of beef rice noodles is only 9 yuan, and the owner is especially kind to send a marinated egg (only one is sold for 2 yuan).

I really can't eat so much. When I returned the braised eggs, the proprietress kept urging me to say, "Sister, try it, it's free ..." Finally, I said thank you twice with special courtesy.

While eating rice noodles, listen to the boss and familiar guests. The store is not big, only five tables can be placed in the room, and the other two are placed under the eaves outside the store.

There are many kinds of shops, including rice noodles, noodles, rice noodles, bean curd, porridge and braised eggs. Business is very good, and repeat customers come here to buy braised eggs, saying that children like to eat them.

Passing through the streets of Hechuan, you will find small noodle restaurants everywhere. The bowl of hot noodles and rice noodles carries fireworks, but it also contains warmth and goodwill.

"Thousand-year-old landscape rhyme, a city of rice flour fragrance", I think, can be used to describe Hechuan where the three rivers meet.
