Introduction to the movement of "one strike and three evils"

During the Cultural Revolution, the movement against the "three evils" began with 19701October 30th, when the Central Committee of China issued the Central Committee's Instructions on Combating Counterrevolutionary Disruptive Activities. Its contents are: cracking down on counter-revolutionary sabotage, opposing corruption and theft, and opposing speculation and extravagance and waste. But the focus of the movement is "struggle" (so-called "combating counter-revolutionary sabotage activities"). Lin Biao, then vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, instructed: "Kill! Kill! Kill! The slogan "Fight for a Red World" shows the horror and chilling atmosphere of this movement.
