Article 11 The state encourages research on family education, encourages colleges and universities to offer professional courses on family education, and supports normal colleges and universities Colleges and universities with appropriate conditions should strengthen the construction of family education disciplines, cultivate family education service professionals, and carry out training for family education service personnel.
