Under the supervision and guidance of Wangjing Sub-district Office of Chaoyang District, Qiu Shuang Road Community Neighborhood Committee and Chaoyang District Community Office, with the joint efforts of all owners and the preparatory group of the owners' meeting in this district, the first owners' meeting of X Garden Community adopted the Management Statute of X Garden Community in Chaoyang District of Beijing and the Rules of Procedure of Beijing Owners' Meeting, and elected the first owners' committee of X Garden Community (successfully filed on February 20, 2009).

X Garden is the property of all the owners in our community. According to the relevant laws and regulations and the Rules of Procedure for Owners' Meeting of X Garden Community in Chaoyang District, Beijing, the Industry Committee will take safeguarding the overall interests of the owners of the community as its primary purpose, do its best to serve the interests of the owners, and conscientiously implement the resolutions of the owners' meeting. Industry Committee will formulate work measures in combination with the actual situation of the community, and adhere to the system to carry out all the work. At the same time, under the premise of openness, fairness and justice, accept the supervision of all owners.

The Industry Committee plans to conduct a written survey in the near future to investigate the issues that the park owners and housing users are most concerned about, and gradually carry out work according to the opinions and suggestions of the owners and housing users, supervise the work of the property company, and coordinate and solve the problems existing in the community. As the Industry Committee has just been established, there is no office for the time being, and it is temporarily working in Qiu Shuang Road Community Neighborhood Committee (mezzanine of Block C of X Garden).
