Considering that students in Xinjiang class are far away from home, it is inevitable that they will feel lonely, so the school also tries to find ways to arrange for our students in Xinjiang class It provides a rich and colorful campus life: various entertainment, cultural and sports activities are arranged on holidays; students are organized to go shopping on weekends; the school also opens libraries and information rooms for students to read; some schools have stages and leisure areas in the cafeteria , entertainment area, there are Uyghur characteristic musical instruments in the entertainment area. After studying, students can show the dance postures of Xinjiang people on the stage and play unrestrained Xinjiang music; each school also regularly organizes students from Xinjiang classes to go to the local area Visit famous tourist attractions. Such a colorful life fills the faces of our Xinjiang class students with happiness and joy!

(5) Harmonious and friendly relationship between teachers, students and classmates, hard-working Xinjiang class students

In school, teachers care about the Xinjiang class students as meticulously as they treat their own children life. When students are sick, teachers will take good care of them; when students encounter troubles, teachers will patiently guide them; some teachers will also silently help students with family difficulties. The relationship between local students and Xinjiang students is as close as brothers and sisters. When they have questions about their studies, local students will enthusiastically help Xinjiang students answer questions; every time when our national festival comes, local students will celebrate with our Xinjiang class students and invite Xinjiang students come to their homes as guests. Everyone lives in harmony, works together, helps each other, and goes hand in hand.

3. Environmental Impact of Developed Cities

We know that all the cities where we host classes are developed cities selected by the country. Guangzhou is one of the five national central cities in China. The economy of South China is , financial, trade, cultural, technological and transportation hubs, and educational centers. It is the largest and oldest foreign trading port in southern China, one of the world's famous port cities, and one of China's most important cities opening to the outside world. So this is also a high-quality environmental resource. In such a developed city, you can quickly receive advanced ideas, feel the open culture, and see advanced technological products, etc. These have a great impact on a person's cognitive level and ideas. All have a great impact. Reyilai and I have deep feelings about this. A night tour of the Pearl River with bright lights made us feel the harmonious beauty of the historical and cultural relics and the majestic modern buildings on both sides of the beautiful Pearl River; The memory of the first dialogue with the sea; during the Macau island tour in Zhuhai, we viewed its characteristic buildings from a distance, which gave us a clear visual impression of Macau... Guangzhou Belt Give us too much shock. I think the environment in developed cities will also make students in Xinjiang classes work harder towards their ideals! After this event, I will convey my feelings to my students, let them cherish the hard-won opportunity to be in the first class, be grateful to the motherland, study hard, and contribute to the construction of the motherland and Xinjiang in the future. !

Experiences of the Inspection Activities of Inner Senior Classes [Part 2]

On April 3, 2017, we were fortunate to visit three schools: Ningyang Primary School, Fushan Primary School and No. 10 Middle School. I gained a lot from visiting and studying.

These three campuses are all modern campuses, clean and tidy. Inspiring words and warm reminders are posted everywhere, allowing us to constantly receive ideological warnings and behavioral guidance. Their far-sighted development strategies, unique development ideas, and rigorous and pragmatic development pace amazed us. What impressed me most was that these schools have strengthened the school's routine by adhering to "characteristic school running" Management, successfully created its own unique education brand. This gave me a deeper understanding of the nature of education and gained new enlightenment.

When we walk into every primary school, we can see eye-catching slogans about teaching, seeking knowledge, being a human being, hygiene, saving, etc. everywhere that touch us from time to time.

For example, slogans related to educational concepts: The improvement of learning lies in diligence, and the accumulation of knowledge lies in bits and pieces; asking a question is often more important than solving a problem; concentrate in class, actively use your brain, and study as intensely as an exam. Slogans about hygiene: What is dirty is the wall, what is lost is virtue; which class has the cleanest walls, which class has the most glorious students. Slogans about safety education: I must cherish life and pay attention to safety. About class management The slogan of the company: Gains every year and improves step by step; promote development through competition, demand quality from efficiency, and achieve results through diligence. These slogans are specific, friendly and real. It inspires, edifies, and inspires every teacher and student of Yongwei. They begin to receive silent education as soon as they enter the campus.

This study and inspection trip not only broadened my horizons, but also allowed me to see my own shortcomings. The inspection time was very short, only one day, but the visit and study of these three schools gave us great and long-term inspiration. The next step is to calm down and study what kind of talents society needs us to cultivate? How do we develop talent? How to provide effective education for students' development based on their actual conditions? How to improve the quality of education and teaching based on the actual situation of the school? These are questions we need to think about. Thanks to the school leaders for providing us with an opportunity to broaden our horizons, change our concepts, reposition ourselves, and think deeply. We have no reason not to do a good job. I also believe that everyone, like me, has learned, thought, and gained, which will be beneficial to our future. There is a long-term guidance process for my work, and I hope that the school will provide more such learning opportunities in the future. Thank you!
