Installation of pulse electronic fence

I. Composition of perimeter security electronic fence system

Before installing the perimeter security electronic fence system, it must be clear that it is composed of several parts. Perimeter-mounted electronic fence consists of: 1, electronic fence main machine part: single and double defense area pulse main machine, rain box, lightning arrester, grounding system, high-voltage line 2, electronic fence front end part: stress column (including fixed parts and decorative caps), middle column (including fixed parts and decorative caps), alloy wire, terminal insulator, bearing post insulator (including hooks) and expansion screw.

The long perimeter adopts bus alarm host, and the short perimeter adopts branch alarm host and alarm control keyboard harmony light alarm. If the standard luxury configuration is involved, there are control server, operation management software, serial port module, display screen, linkage module (linkage monitoring probe), wireless network control module and RS485 optical transceiver (long distance transmission needs more than 2 kilometers).

Second, the perimeter security electronic fence preparation before construction (very important)

1. Construction tools: hand drills, electric hammers, wire cutters, wire strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches (12-14'10-12), scaffolding, safety belts and other conventional construction tools. According to the site construction conditions, it is also needed when encountering weak current wells.

2. Construction materials: prepare materials such as RS485 twisted-pair cable or network cable, twisted-pair shielded cable, sheath line, 20 PVC threading pipe, power sealant tape, tie tape, etc.

3. Safety preparation: Construction safety warning lights and safety warning signs with warning slogans need to be hung on the construction site.

4. Installation is divided into two ways, one is inclined wall installation, and the other is 90 vertical wall installation (which can be embedded in the wall).

5. Install the end insulator and clamp: firstly, drill holes on the stressed column with a hand drill (completed by default), then use a hook to pass through the blue insulator and hang it on the column. The function of the thread buckle is to clamp the alloy wire and prevent it from falling off.

6. Installation of lightning arrester: lightning arrester must be installed on the electronic fence erected in the open air or in the area where lightning occurs at a certain height. The lightning arrester should be installed at the beginning of the electronic fence, hung on the first alloy wire of the electronic fence, and grounded at the bottom. Lightning arresters should be installed correctly according to the instructions.

7. Installation of high-voltage line and pulse main machine case: Generally, the pulse main machine and the rain box of pulse electronic fence are placed between two defense zones. If the 200-meter perimeter is divided into two defense zones, then the pulse main engine and rain box are fixed at the position of 100 meters, that is, between the two defense zones, and power is supplied to the left and right defense zones through high-voltage lines.
