(2) Check the surface flatness of aluminum plate: check the surface flatness with a 3m ruler, and the allowable deviation is 3mm. The vertical and horizontal surfaces of the plate shall be inspected with 3m ruler, and the allowable deviation is 2.5mm. The angle of Yin and Yang shall be inspected with square ruler, and the allowable deviation is 2.5mm.. ..

(3) Check the folding angle of aluminum plate and the angle deviation of multi-folded plate: within 0.50, the radius of the rounded corner of aluminum plate folded meets the design requirements, and the aluminum plate is folded once.

(4) The riveting lug position on the folded edge of the plate is correct.

(5) The surface of the processed plate provided shall be free from obvious indentation, imprint and depression, and the surface of the plate shall be free from damage, hidden injury and markings.

(6) After the planting nail used to connect the rib plate with the back of the aluminum plate is completed, there should be no obvious protrusions and depressions on the surface of the aluminum plate, and the coating surface should not affect the impression, so it should be firmly fixed.

(7) Aluminum plates shall be marked according to the design requirements.
