Resume of Zhu Tiejun

Mr. Zhu Tiejun, 53, was born in a scholarly family in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. He loved painting and calligraphy since he was a child. In the late 1970s, he joined the army in Beijing Garrison and became an army projectionist, engaged in the propaganda work of the army, such as showing movies, drawing slides, publishing newspapers and writing slogans. After work, I studied painting with famous painters Mr. Xu Zhan, Mr. Ji Shichang and many famous Beijing painters, and learned from others and formed my own style. Through years of careful training, he mastered figures, flowers and birds, and landscapes. Its painting style is simple and elegant, giving people a spirit.

Since the early 1980s, Mr. Zhu Tiejun's works such as title design, newspaper illustrations, paper-cutting, calligraphy, printmaking and Chinese painting have been published in China Youth Daily, China Legal News, People's Liberation Army News, Comrades News, Soldiers and Movies News, Zibo Daily, Zibo Sound Screen News and Education Weekly. Personal biographies are included in dictionaries such as the large celebrity book "The Son of the East". His works try to avoid "stereotypes". The same content, each picture is different, and the composition of each picture is never the same, which always makes people feel fresh and innovative. In recent years, many works have been collected by friends from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan Province, Hongkong and China. In order to draw well, Mr. Zhu often goes out to observe, sketch and feel. There is movement and sound in his paintings, which comes from his careful observation and painstaking research.

Mr. Zhu Tiejun is currently the Secretary-General of Folk Culture and Art Committee of China Cultural and Economic International Exchange Association, the Dean of Folk Culture and Art Research Institute of China Cultural and Economic International Exchange Association, a senior researcher of Chinese painting, a member of Shandong Folk Artists Association, a member of Shandong Entrepreneur Painting and Calligraphy Association and a member of Zibo Artists Association. After nearly 40 years of hard work, Mr. Zhu's painting skills are getting deeper and deeper, which will add more and more beautiful chapters to the society.
