It is noteworthy that the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights without any opposition from any country. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 1948 12 10, aiming at guaranteeing basic human rights (United Nations General Assembly resolution 2 17, A/RES/2 17). The direct reason for the drafting of the declaration is the introspection of the Second World War, and it is the first document to express the rights that all mankind should enjoy on a global scale.

Its complete document is published by the United Nations on its website. There are 30 articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Together with the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and two other optional treaties, it is included in the International Bill of Human Rights. The first two are adopted in 1966 and implemented in 1967.
