I. Tasks and responsibilities of China Assets Appraisal Association
The main task is to conduct self-discipline management of the asset appraisal industry according to the relevant national laws and regulations and the Articles of Association of China Asset Appraisal Association. Formulate and organize the implementation of professional standards and rules for asset appraisal; To study the professional and technical problems in members' practice and organize professional and technical assistance; Responsible for the examination, registration and annual inspection of certified asset appraisers; Responsible for organizing the annual inspection of the qualification and practice of asset appraisal institutions; Organize the follow-up education and training of certified asset appraisers; Responsible for the implementation of self-discipline punishment for members; Organize foreign exchanges in the industry; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of certified asset appraisers, create a good development environment for the asset appraisal industry, and enhance the credibility of the industry.
Participate in the research and drafting of relevant laws, regulations and rules of the asset appraisal industry according to the authorization or entrustment of the competent financial authority; Put forward audit opinions on the establishment of asset appraisal institutions; Participate in the quality inspection of certified asset appraisers and asset appraisal institutions; Put forward audit opinions on the establishment of permanent institutions in China by foreign asset appraisal institutions. Its specific responsibilities are as follows:

(ten) responsible for the establishment of the asset appraisal institutions to put forward audit opinions and participate in the annual inspection of the assets appraisal institutions.
(eleven) to participate in the organization to carry out the quality inspection of certified asset appraisers and asset appraisal institutions.
(twelve) responsible for the overseas asset appraisal institutions to set up permanent institutions in China, Sino foreign joint ventures and other audit opinions.
(thirteen) to handle other work authorized and entrusted by the competent department of business.
Two. Internal structure and responsibilities of the secretariat of China Assets Appraisal Association

(1) Basic duties of the office

(B) the basic responsibilities of the General Department

(4) The basic responsibilities of the Industry Development Research Department
The Industry Development Research Department is responsible for drafting important reports and speeches of the leaders of the Ministry and the Association, major theoretical policies for industry development, market development, innovative technology research, and management of major issues of the Association.
1. Responsible for drafting important reports and speeches of leaders of the Ministry and the Association;
2. To study the major theoretical issues of industry development and put forward policy suggestions for industry development;
3. Study the theoretical problems in market development and evaluation business, and provide theoretical support for evaluating market development;

The basic duties of the registration department
The registration department is responsible for the registration management of certified asset appraisers and the management of non-appraiser shareholders, cooperating with the Ministry of Finance to manage asset appraisal institutions and coordinating the internal governance of asset appraisal institutions.
1. To be responsible for the investigation, coordination and formulation of policies, systems and reports on industry registration management;

3. Responsible for the specific work related to the registration management of certified asset appraisers;
4. (eight) the basic responsibilities of the professional standards department
The Professional Standards Department is responsible for the formulation and implementation of industry standards, standards-related research, professional responsibility appraisal and professional guidance, and specifically undertakes the work of the International Evaluation Standards Committee.
1. Responsible for planning and improving the industry standard system, drafting industry professional standards, and organizing the implementation;

10. Responsible for the daily work of the Association's Standards Technical Committee and Professional Responsibility Appraisal Committee. Responsible for daily contact with standard consulting experts.

(9) Basic responsibilities of the International Department
The International Department is responsible for the association's international exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the management of overseas institutions' practice in China, and the editing of foreign industry development and construction reports.
1. To study and formulate foreign exchange systems and measures of industries and associations, and organize their implementation;
2. To draw up the annual foreign affairs plan of the Association and handle matters related to the foreign affairs activities of the Association;
3. Organize to study and formulate the management system and measures for domestic practice institutions to participate in international business, and assist in handling matters related to domestic practice institutions and employees' participation in international business;
4. Participate in the study and formulation of management systems and measures for overseas practice institutions to practice in China, and assist in matters related to the entry of foreign practice institutions and practitioners and the entry of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan practice institutions and practitioners into the Mainland;

(10) Basic duties of the Ministry of Personnel
The personnel department is responsible for the development of human resources in the industry, the contact between the executive directors and the representatives of the new class, the personnel management of the association, the organization and management of the party and the masses, and the party building work.
1. To study and formulate the human resources development system of the industry and the personnel management system of the association, and organize its implementation;
2. Organize important meetings such as the Council of the Association, the Standing Council and the President's Office. Responsible for the daily contact between the association directors and the executive directors;
3. Be responsible for the United front work such as the training and contact of representatives of the new class in the industry;

(XII) Basic duties of the Information Department
The information department is responsible for industry information management and platform construction, industry database construction, association office automation construction, etc.
1. Responsible for drafting the industry informatization construction plan and organizing its implementation;
2. Responsible for the planning, module development, management and technical support of the industry management platform;
3. Organize and coordinate the research, development, construction and technical management of professional database system;
4. Be responsible for the management, maintenance and technical support of the Internet website of the Association and the sub-website system of the local association;
5. Responsible for coordinating the office automation and related network construction of the Association;
6. Handle other tasks assigned by the leaders of the Association.
The main responsibilities of China Asset Appraisal Association are:
Formulate industry development goals and plans, and be responsible for organizing their implementation;

Participate in the research and drafting of industry-related laws, regulations, rules and normative documents; Promote the construction of industry culture and organize the work of party building in the industry;
Guide the work of local associations and lead the professional branches and local institutions of the associations; To handle the relevant work stipulated by laws and regulations and authorized or entrusted by state organs;
To undertake other matters that should be handled by the association.
The highest authority of China Assets Appraisal Association is the National Congress of Members, which is held every five years to elect a board of directors. The Council is the executive body of the National Congress of Members and is responsible to the National Congress of Members. The Permanent Council is the permanent body of the Council and exercises its functions and powers when the Council is not in session.
There are several special committees and professional committees under the Council, and the special committees are the specialized working bodies for the Council to perform its duties; Professional Committee is the professional working body of the Council, responsible for professional management and technical issues in the development of the industry. The office of the Committee is located in the relevant departments or entrusted departments of the Secretariat.

With the development and expanding influence of China's asset appraisal industry, the number of China Asset Appraisal Association, which represents China's asset appraisal industry, has been increased from 65438 to 0995 with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 1999 China Assets Appraisal Association was elected as the executive director of the International Appraisal Standards Committee and became a member of its professional and technical committee.
