First, pay special attention to the safety education of employees.

Companies and middle-level departments should pay close attention to safety learning and seriously organize employees to learn safety production regulations and business technology.

In strict accordance with the requirements of "Electrical Safety Work Regulations", the employees before taking up their posts are trained and assessed on safety production knowledge, and only those who pass the assessment can take up their posts; More than 265,438+00 on-the-job employees were comprehensively sorted out and assessed for their safety knowledge and business knowledge, and 9 of them took the make-up exam because they failed the assessment seriously. Personal safety assessment results are included in the annual employee assessment files.

Actively carry out "safety production month" and safety knowledge competition activities. In order to fully implement the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, further enhance employees' awareness of safety in production, and improve and consolidate the safety level of enterprises. In view of the phenomenon that a small number of construction workers are not strict in implementing the "work ticket", we will focus on rectifying the implementation of the "work ticket", so that the standardized implementation of the "work ticket" and compliance with the rules and regulations of on-site safety production, the technical standards of engineering installation, management and maintenance work meet the specified requirements, and the violations are eliminated, so that the qualified rate of the "two tickets" is continuously improved and the qualified rate reaches 100%. The awareness of self-protection has been improved, and the power grid can be checked repeatedly and the three-phase short-circuit grounding wire can be hung up. Security has been guaranteed, which has promoted the rural power grid transformation and the improvement of the quality of power grid maintenance projects.

Three, efforts to carry out safety inspection, hidden dangers.

The company and all middle-level departments have strengthened the supervision and inspection of safety production and the handling of unsafe hidden dangers. Throughout the year, the company conducted three inspections on the safety and production management of power grid facilities, one in late April, one in late May and one in early February of 65438. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the safety study of middle-level departments, the implementation of safety work rules and regulations, the specific work of safety production, and the safety status of county power grid equipment and line operation, and timely feedback the problems found in the inspection to the inspected departments to urge rectification. Production departments such as power supply stations and substations have also carried out monthly and daily safety inspections, and carefully recorded and handled the problems found in the inspections.

In the first half of this year, a safety inspection team was organized according to the Regulations on Safety in Production of Electric Power and the arrangement requirements of safety inspection at higher levels. From April 2 1 day to April 25, check the safety status of power grid facilities in the county and the safety production situation of all middle-level departments in spring. "Safety is no small matter", in order to further implement the management requirements of "horizontal to edge, vertical to the end" put forward by superiors. On June 15, Hezhou Hydropower Safety Inspection Team randomly selected two substations belonging to our company during the safety production inspection of county power grid. The inspection team believes that the operation management organization, team labor discipline, implementation of safety production rules and regulations, equipment management and maintenance are all good, and the safety production situation is also good.

After the safety inspection, the company and middle-level departments fully grasp the unsafe problems existing in production and formulate measures to deal with hidden dangers in time. Starting from the combination of power grid safe operation management and rural power grid transformation, the company rectified the high and low voltage lines and distribution transformer installation benches in the distribution station area of Nanmen Street, the county town, and the distribution station area opposite the winery in advance. The 8km line was demolished and the line was erected separately. The company regularly checks and configures safety production equipment in time, and has added more than 50 safety equipment such as ladder hooks and safety belts with rods for production lines and other departments. Substation and power supply business management office have carried out targeted investigation and management of high-voltage lines in the county, cut down and prune trees and bamboos under many lines, and replace and maintain line cables to ensure the safe operation of the power grid during summer rainstorm. Substations also focus on the replacement of porcelain bottles on the 35KV line from Fuchuan to Shi Gui and the maintenance and repair of equipment in Fuyang Substation, Lianshan Substation, Chaodong Substation, Mailing Substation and Welfare Substation.

The whole company has done a lot of work in safety production management. Thanks to the joint efforts of all staff in various departments, our company has been working safely for 837 days continuously since August 20th, 20th, and no major safety accidents have occurred.

Fourth, the existing problems

1. Middle-level safety learning has an unbalanced development of employee safety education, and safety learning in some departments is not standardized enough. The quality and effect of safety learning need to be studied and improved, and the requirements, supervision and assessment for employees to implement safety production rules and regulations need to be further strengthened.

2. Some hidden dangers of power grid equipment and facilities are still serious and need to be reformed and dealt with quickly. If the oil leakage of the main transformer in Lianshan Substation is serious, and the 10KV high-voltage switchgear can't achieve the five-protection function, it should be replaced and rebuilt. After years of operation, the centralized control console of Chaodong, Mailing and Fuli substations has aging electronic components and uneven console functions. The original cables of some power lines have not been modified after replacing the wires, and some cables are damaged and folded, which can not be found and repaired in time. The treatment of buildings under or near the power lines and the wood and bamboo in individual sections affect the safety of line operation. The original radio distribution areas and line facilities in rural areas that have not been transformed into rural power grids are incomplete and the security situation is very poor.

3. Individual employees don't have a high awareness of the importance of safety, and the requirements of safety standards are low, so it is not enough to do a good job of self-safety.

Five, 20** year safety work plan

Safety work in 20** years should be based on the original work, closely around the company's production and operation objectives to carry out safety work, focusing on the following aspects:
