(5) Maintain uninterrupted water supply. If water supply needs to be stopped due to engineering construction, equipment maintenance, etc., it shall be approved by the urban water supply administrative department, and effective means shall be adopted to notify users 24 hours in advance; if water supply is stopped continuously for more than 24 hours, emergency water supply measures shall be taken to provide basic water supply to residents. (1) Cooperate with urban water supply enterprises to read and inspect meters, and assist in the replacement and maintenance of water supply facilities;

(2) Pay water bills in full and on time in accordance with regulations;

(3) If the name is changed and the ownership is transferred, both parties must go to the water supply enterprise to go through the change procedures;

(4) If the nature of the water is changed, water supply to the city The enterprise submits a written application and goes through the procedures. Article 12 When the water pressure requirements for new construction, expansion, or renovation construction projects exceed the pressure of the water supply pipe network, secondary water supply facilities shall be installed in accordance with specifications.

Units and individuals that set up secondary water supply facilities shall submit their design plans, water supply enterprises’ opinions on the design plans, and relevant water supply and sanitation licensing materials to the local city’s water supply administrative department and health administrative department for record. . Article 13 The urban water supply administrative department shall establish a secondary water supply supervision and management system, conduct daily supervision and inspections in conjunction with the health administrative department, and urge the maintenance and management responsible units to regularly carry out cleaning, disinfection, testing, maintenance, etc., to ensure that the secondary water supply facilities The water quality and water pressure are in good condition and meet the national standards.
