Motorcycles, electric bicycles, bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles (except special vehicles for disabled people, the same below) are all included. Park underground non-motorized garages to maintain community traffic order and public safety, keep the community environment clean and comfortable, and reduce unnecessary losses such as damage to public facilities and increased operating costs caused by non-motorized vehicles entering the elevator. Ensure the interests of all owners and the harmony of community civilization. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Renovate underground non-motorized garage. It is planned to transform the civil air defense warehouse on the west side of the community's underground garage (under the Minsheng Bank) into an underground non-motorized garage. Non-motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and electric bicycles will enter and exit the underground garage according to the motor vehicle entrance and exit, that is, the designated non-motorized garage at the entrance of the Dongdaemun Garage. To enter the driveway, strictly follow the non-motor vehicle driving route (signage), park in the underground non-motor vehicle garage in an orderly manner, and go out through the designated passage at the west gate garage exit. In order to facilitate users of non-motor vehicles such as motorcycles and electric bicycles, special parking spaces will be designated and numbered in the underground non-motor vehicle garage, and necessary charging facilities will be installed. Non-motor vehicle users must register with the property management office in advance, receive a special parking number for non-motor vehicles, and park non-motor vehicles in sequence according to the designated parking space numbers. According to Hangzhou’s property management service charging methods and the actual situation of the community, each parking space is planned to charge a management fee and charging fee of 5 yuan per month. 2． Bicycle parking issue. Bicycles must enter and exit from the east and west gates of the community. Bicycles must get off the vehicle to enter and leave the community gate. After entering the community, bicycles must park through the bicycle entrance and exit into the underground garage where the unit is located. They are not allowed to park on the community's ground roads, safety passages, unit corridors and other public places, and are not allowed to enter the elevator car. If a bicycle is parked illegally or enters or exits the elevator car at will, the Property Management Office may take necessary action depending on the severity of the situation. 3． Reaffirm motor vehicle access control. Motor vehicles entering and exiting the community must strictly abide by the community owner's agreement. Except for special circumstances such as weddings, moving, large-scale shopping (including transportation of decoration materials), and emergency official duties and ambulances, no motor vehicles are allowed to enter the community. Freight vehicles such as shops and companies are strictly prohibited from entering the community to ensure the order and safety of the community.
