Legal analysis: sending banners belongs to the behavior of the parties expressing their feelings to the judge. The law does not explicitly prohibit the parties from sending pennants. On the contrary, sending pennants is recognition of the professional level of judges. Whether a judge is willing to be sent depends on his free will.

Legal basis: Article 44 of the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that judges who have made remarkable achievements and contributions in judicial work or have other outstanding deeds shall be rewarded.

Article 45 A judge shall be rewarded if he has one of the following performances: (1) He has done justice fairly and achieved remarkable results; (2) Summing up the experience of trial practice, which has a guiding role in the trial work and has made remarkable achievements; (3) Having made remarkable achievements and contributions in handling major cases, handling emergencies and undertaking particularly important work; (4) The proposal for the reform of judicial work has been adopted and achieved remarkable results; (five) put forward judicial suggestions are adopted or carry out legal publicity, and guide mediation organizations to mediate various disputes, with remarkable achievements; (six) other achievements. The judges' awards shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
