Requirements for handling cross-regional work permits

Cross-regional work permits are issued free of charge. Cross-regional combine harvesters are exempt from vehicle tolls, but combine harvesters are not allowed to pass on highways. Without the "cross-regional operation certificate", blindly engaged in cross-regional operation of agricultural machinery, the agricultural machinery management department shall order it to stop the illegal act. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Cross-regional Operation of Combine Harvesters of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Harvesters and transport harvesters with cross-regional operation are allowed to pass through highways, first-class highways and other roads free of charge after obtaining cross-regional operation certificates. This policy of benefiting the people has greatly reduced the cost of cross-regional agricultural workers, effectively promoted the process of grain harvest and increased farmers' income. Up to now, the county has issued 2 1 copy of harvester cross-regional operation certificate, which can save about 1 ten thousand yuan for each cross-regional agricultural manipulator throughout the year.

The function of cross-regional operation permit is mainly to issue certificates to agricultural machinery operators who collect machinery across regions during the three summers of double guns, and the machinery that handles the operation permit can be exempted from paying vehicle tolls. Therefore, the subject may misunderstand the role of cross-regional work permits. The main purpose of handling cross-regional work permits is to avoid paying high-speed tolls during cross-regional periods. There is no limit to the role of not working across regions.

A combine harvester applying for a work permit shall meet the following conditions: (1) Having a valid license plate and driving license issued by the agricultural machinery supervision institution; (2) Participating in cross-regional operation teams; (three) other conditions stipulated by the provincial agricultural machinery management department. No work permit shall be issued to combine harvesters that have not participated in cross-regional operation teams, and no work permit shall be issued to those that cross administrative regions.
