Infrastructure

Traffic management

During the Qingming Festival, single-cycle traffic control is implemented in the Gucheng District of Zhenyuan County. At the same time, trucks are prohibited from entering the city from 7:00 to 23:00. Traffic in the direction of Jianggu runs from Qinglong Bridge through Huang Phosphorus Factory to Dongguan Secondary Road.

All motor vehicles (including battery-operated two-wheelers and three-wheelers) entering this area will be subject to single-cycle control; when public security, firefighting, 120 first aid, electric power rescue, etc. perform emergency duties, they will drive on the nearest route and do not need to Follow the single cycle. However, daily patrols must be driven in a single cycle. Multi-person bicycles are not allowed to leave the pedestrian street.

From the north of Laoda Qiaotou to Satellite Bridge, small cars are not allowed to enter the city when leaving the city. One-way traffic control (except sightseeing cars in Tiexi Scenic Area) is implemented. Buses and trucks are prohibited from passing. All motor vehicles must detour around the seven rooms. Enter the city at the secondary intersection from the former Yellow Phosphorus Factory to the railway station.

All motor vehicles and electric vehicles are prohibited from passing through Dongguan Pass, Qinglong Cave and Qinglong Bridge.

Traffic control is implemented at the Dongguan intersection of Second-level Road Town and the former cement factory intersection of Jinbao Road. Traffic control is prohibited from leaving the city but not entering the city. Vehicles entering the city must enter the city from the railway station intersection, Pingmao Street, and Pijiayuan.

If the parking spaces are full, vehicles can be parked in an orderly manner along the main street (traffic control one-way direction) under the command of traffic police and other officers on duty.

The company’s official vehicles (except special vehicles such as fire trucks, sanitation vehicles and emergency vehicles) and private vehicles must be parked in the warehouse and are not allowed to drive on urban roads, leaving passage and parking space for external tourist vehicles.

Parking of vehicles is prohibited on the road in front of the Qinglong Cave Scenic Area and on Tiexi Street. The location for sightseeing vehicles in the scenic area is located at Laoda Qiaotou. The fleet must be managed in a standardized manner and obey the unified command of the personnel on duty to keep this section orderly and smooth; The parking (departure) location for passenger buses heading to Yanhe Village in Wuyang Town is located at the head (south) of Qinglong Bridge.

The area from the entrance of Zhenyuan No. 1 Middle School to the Plaza of Sun and Moon Hotel is the temporary boarding and alighting point for tourists on and off the tour bus.

Parking Lot

There are 12 parking lots, 6 temporary parking spots and 4 emergency parking spots open to the public. At the same time, a schematic map of traffic guidance in the ancient city of Zhenyuan County, a schematic map of urban parking lots, and one-way routes were produced and distributed to tourists through volunteer service points or travel agencies. The traffic police department will set up duty stations at intersections entering and exiting the city and at various intersections in the city to provide traffic consultation services to tourists to ensure smooth traffic.

Tourism Services

During the Qingming Festival, Zhenyuan County will set up four volunteer service points at the intersections entering and exiting the city and in the urban area (i.e., Dongguan Secondary Intersection in the County, Yaxi Expressway At the intersection of Nhaxi main road, New Dynasty Hotel, and train station), nearly 80 volunteers provide tourist consultation services and distribute traffic guidance maps.
