2. Comprehensive investigation and elimination of hidden dangers

Relevant towns and villages will conduct a comprehensive inspection of biogas safety in the biogas pools built by biogas users and biogas producers within their jurisdiction, and solve any problems in a timely manner. Based on the actual situation of Lin'an City, focus on villages with more biogas projects in breeding communities (fields) and household biogas pools in central biogas projects, clean renewable energy utilization project comprehensive demonstration towns and low-carbon rural pilot towns. First, focus on the safety production inspection of central rural biogas projects.

During the inspection of the biogas comprehensive utilization project of the ecological dairy farm of Hangzhou Zhengxing Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., the following problems were found: 1. Regarding these hidden dangers, the inspection team put forward suggestions for rectification: requiring owners to post eye-catching fire prevention and no-smoking signs at the entrance; standardize the installation of distribution boxes and rationally arrange wires; the homogenization tank needs to be covered or equipped with protective fences. The remaining two large and medium-sized biogas projects are currently in the bidding stage. The inspection team requires them to strictly follow the preliminary design plan. The project must be bid and a supervision mechanism must be implemented to speed up the progress and ensure the safety of the project construction.

The second is to strengthen the safety production inspection of biogas projects in breeding communities (farms) in comprehensive demonstration towns of clean renewable energy utilization projects and low-carbon rural pilot towns. Qianchuan Town is a low-carbon rural pilot town in Hangzhou and a key breeding town in Lin'an City. Longgang Town, Qingliangfeng Town, and Taiyang Town are comprehensive demonstration towns for Hangzhou's clean and renewable energy utilization projects. The third is to investigate potential safety hazards for household biogas users. Tongjia Village and Langguang Village are the villages with more household biogas pools in our city. In order to truly make the general public realize the importance and necessity of safe production in biogas construction, the Lin'an Rural Energy Office brought publicity and learning materials to the villages. Carry out publicity and inspections to farmers, provide practical help to farmers, and solve potential safety hazards. At the same time, a knowledge lecture on "Household Biogas Pool Operation, Maintenance and Management Training" was delivered to the villagers in Tongjia Village, so that the majority of farmers had a more comprehensive understanding of the safe use of biogas.

3. Pay attention to publicity and enhance awareness
