Gu Zhiwen’s ten major events in 2021

1. Studio activities. On November 13, the County Education Bureau launched the "Spark Plan" to train key teachers in Binhai County, held a special meeting, and established the County Junior High School Chinese Teacher Studio. Employed as the host of the famous teacher studio, he formulated the annual work plan and one-year online learning plan of the famous teacher studio, and formulated the goals and implementation measures of the studio. The online learning is planned to be conducted in the form of special topics for case studies. Studio members are required to read one Chinese monograph every semester, and relevant books are recommended. Plans for the first three activities of the studio were drawn up. It has been held twice, and currently it has joint teaching and research with the Studio of Famous Chinese Teachers of Junior High Schools in Yandu District once, and plans to jointly teach and research with the Studio of Famous Chinese Teachers of Junior High Schools in Sheyang and Jianhu. The studio will issue briefings and use beautiful articles to promote each issue of the studio's activities. Briefings will be issued for monthly online activities to increase the studio's publicity efforts, expand the studio's influence, and strive to radiate to all junior high school Chinese teachers in the county.

2. Family education training. With the promulgation and implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law, family education has received more and more attention. In view of the many problems existing in the family education of students in our school, this year I participated in the relevant training of family education instructors, studied a series of family education courses, went to Suzhou twice to participate in offline training activities, and in December participated in the training organized by the Ministry of Personnel Passed the national unified examination with full marks and obtained the qualification certificate as a family education instructor.

3. The graduating class has outstanding achievements. In June this year, the class teacher who served as the third-year class teacher successfully graduated. The class rose from 11th place in the original grade to the first place in the grade for 6 consecutive exams in the late third year of junior high school. The performance of each subject in the class is normally at the first or second level in the grade. The high school entrance examination results of the class and the high school entrance examination results of the third grade students in charge have achieved historical breakthroughs, creating the best results since the establishment of the West Lake branch. Our school was praised at the Yancheng High School Entrance Examination Quality Analysis Meeting. The class he taught won the collective title of Yancheng City’s Advanced Class.

4. Provide county-level lectures. This semester, entrusted by the Teacher Development Center, I gave three lectures at the county's summer teacher training, new teacher orientation training, and junior high school entrance examination review work conferences. They were "Talk about "Language Taste" Strategies in Prose Reading Teaching on September 23 and Methods", November 16th "Talk about the design of "main questions" in Chinese teaching"; March 29th "Focus on design, pay attention to learning, and make review classes come alive - Talking about how to conduct Chinese review classes in the third grade of junior high school" . In addition, he served as a judge in the county's basic skills competition for young teachers and the county's junior high school Chinese quality course selection in May, as well as the county's classic reading class competition in November.

5. Continue reading. This year, in addition to continuing to read several Chinese language professional journals that I subscribed to and articles on related WeChat public accounts, I also read two professional books for class teachers and teaching professional books recommended by the school, and read "Yu Yingchao Reading Teaching Design" and "Wang Jun Innovation" "Eleven Lectures on Instructional Design" and other Chinese professional books. In addition, I read many psychology monographs such as "Family of Origin" and "Dangerous 13", and also read a series of miscellaneous books such as "Growing Is Painful" and "A Great Country and a Great People" by Ye Xin.

6. Continue writing. This year, I wrote 35 articles in my "Xiao Cao Wen Yuan" and wrote several papers and submitted them to relevant newspapers and magazines. Currently, three articles have been published, namely "Yancheng Education Research", "Study Weekly", and "Primary and Secondary Education", and two articles have been published. The novel was published in the county educational literature magazine "Old Way".

7. Edit the school newspaper and teacher reading activities. He edited the 54th to 60th and 7th issues of the school newspaper "Binhai No. 1 Middle School". A column "New Education Spark Teacher Gu Zhiwen Workshop" was opened in the newspaper. Four sessions of reading salons for young teachers were organized in the school. The first two sessions were in the spring semester, with all the class teachers participating, and they read "From Novice to Master - What should the class teacher do?" "; the last two periods were in the autumn semester, and I read the book "Returning the Classroom to Students—How to Build an Ideal Classroom". Detailed plans were drawn up for each of the four activities, which were well organized and very effective.

8. Declare as a subject leader. The application process for key teachers in Yancheng City, which had been suspended for six years, was started again this year. First is the re-certification of the original key teacher title, and then the application for the title of a higher-level key teacher. I was fortunate to participate in the application process for Yancheng City's subject leaders, participated in the classroom teaching assessment and was rated as excellent. Currently, the municipal review process is underway and I hope it will be successful. The job upgrade was successfully promoted from level 6 to senior teacher level 5.

9. Training and learning.

Due to the impact of the epidemic, there are very few offline training activities in Yancheng City this year. In February, I participated in the Yancheng Special Teacher Lecture Hall training event and was ordered to give a training exchange speech at the meeting. I also participated in a two-day training event held in Huai'an. Class teacher training; participated in online activities related to the Ding Weijun Famous Teacher Studio, including the launching ceremony of the Jiangsu Province Junior High School Chinese Teacher Studio, a lecture by Dean Ma Qunren of the Yancheng Academy of Educational Sciences, a lecture by Teacher Tan Xiaoyun of Yunnan Normal University, etc. Waiting for lectures by many famous people. In addition, I also listened to the live broadcasts and replays related to the new education experiment, the live broadcasts and replays of the "Thirteen People Forum" and so on.

10. This year’s regrets are that there have been no breakthroughs in paper publication and subject research. The county junior middle school language teacher studio that I chaired has not yet found a training topic that can run through 2 to 3 years. There is still no breakthrough in open class teaching. , my own workshop construction has not made much progress, and my personal teaching and research direction and positioning are not very clear yet. The above requires constant thinking and precipitation, and then looking for breakthroughs.
