According to the "Beijing Points Settlement Management "Measures" (Jingzhengbanfa [2020] No. 9, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), "Beijing Points Settlement Operation and Management Rules" (Jingren Shefafa [2020] No. 8), in order to make good announcements about the points settlement in 2021 and settlement processing work, the relevant content is now announced as follows: 1. In 2021, 6,045 people who plan to obtain settlement qualifications will be announced.

If an applicant voluntarily gives up after obtaining the settlement qualification, the settlement qualification will not be replaced.

2. Starting from July 12, 2021, applicants can log in to the points settlement online application system to view their points results and rankings.

3. The list of applicants who intend to obtain settlement qualifications will be published on the municipal government portal "Capital Window" from July 12 to 19, 2021.

Those who have no objections after the publicity period have obtained the settlement qualification can apply for permanent residence in this city in accordance with relevant regulations.

Reporting issues must be realistic, objective and fair.

Relevant departments will conduct verification based on the reported situation.

If the qualification for settlement is confirmed to be cancelled, the qualification for settlement will not be replaced.

4. The time limit for applicants who have obtained the residence qualification to apply for permanent residence in this city is from July 20, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Please arrange the time well and process in an orderly manner during off-peak hours.

Electronic transfer letters will continue to be implemented this year. Applicants who have obtained the settlement qualifications after being announced can go to the Public Security Bureau to go through the settlement procedures after passing the review.

5. File review shall be handled by the file receiving department after transfer to Beijing in accordance with relevant regulations.

6. The date of birth of the minor children of those who have obtained points-based settlement qualifications in 2021 are calculated as: no more than 18 years old as of January 1, 2020 (exclusive).
