Arrange special personnel to dispatch the dumping time and place of domestic garbage, reduce the accumulation and detention time of fallen leaves, and ensure the smooth collection and transportation procedures of fallen leaves in the transfer station. At the same time, strengthen the patrol management of managers and team leaders on roads with serious defoliation, promptly urge and assist front-line operators to clean them, and ensure the smooth completion of health protection tasks during defoliation.
