Confession (1)

I haven't kept a diary for several days! Doing things by yourself is always too casual, and you can't finish what you started. Besides, you can't really set a goal and stick to it! I remember when I was in college, the topic of my composition was a photo of a person digging a well. He kept digging in different places. Change places every time you don't dig water. As a result, he didn't dig a well with water in the end!

After all, I was still very young at that time, and my understanding of this question was superficial and indifferent, and I didn't really understand that it was a revelation from God! Until today, I am 55 years old, and I really understand this truth, that is, how important it is to set a goal and insist on doing one thing!

So, I look back at myself and observe people around me. Anyone who can persist in doing one thing with his heart will not have a bad life. They don't worry, they are at ease. Although they may not achieve much, they will gain something in life!

My father, 93 years old, has never had any bad hobbies in his life. He doesn't smoke, drink, play cards or play chess. He has been adept at his job all his life, and he is a model worker at work! Really a role model for my life! However, I didn't understand or know these truths in the past. On the contrary, I am most afraid of labor. I remember when I was a child, my father got up early every morning and went to the beach to open up wasteland to grow vegetables. As for me, because I am afraid of labor, but I feel that I can't let my father work alone, so I have to muddle along and accompany my father to open up wasteland and farm! Now that I think about it carefully, I am really ashamed!

My greatest hobby in my life is reading, but I have read books for decades, and I can't see why. I didn't achieve anything, didn't go to college, and didn't have any knowledge, so I wasted my life! I am really ashamed of my parents and my ancestors! I am ashamed of the life God gave me!

But I write these words here for two purposes. Let me know this problem more clearly in my heart first. Otherwise, my mind is still in a vague understanding, not clear enough! Second, I hope that friends who are destined to wake up and learn from them will help your life!

In fact, to put it bluntly, life needs a spirit, that is, "craftsman spirit", that is, to persist in doing one thing all your life, and to achieve the ultimate, to finish what you started, and not to stop until you reach your goal!

For a mortal with average qualifications, this is the only, best and shortcut to growth in our life!
