3. The door of the secondary distribution box of the concrete mixing station fell off, requiring timely repair.

4. In the 220KV area, there is a secondary distribution box (No. 14) that has just been installed. The power supply has been supplied, but it has not been safely grounded. It is required to complete the grounding device in time.

5. Some cables used by power tools on site were not protected as required or were not properly protected when passing by.

6. In the secondary wiring operation of the 500KV relay cubicle panel, the use of iodine tungsten lamps as lighting does not meet the requirements of construction site lighting safety regulations.

In response to the 6 electrical safety problems discovered during the inspection, a rectification notice was issued in a timely manner, requiring the construction unit to actively carry out rectifications.
