The famous inscription tablet between China and Russia is located in Fang Chuan Village, the starting point of Sino-Russian boundary in Hunchun, Jilin, China. It was re-established on 1886 when China and Russia re-demarcated the eastern border of Hunchun. Tuzibei is located in Hasan Town, Russia in the east, Doumanjiang River in the west and North Korea-Russia Railway Bridge in the south. The monument is1.44m high, 0.5m wide and 0.22m thick. This is a granite monument. In the middle of the monument, there is an "earth-shaped monument" and on the left, there are eight small characters "April of the twelfth year of Guangxu". There is a Russian "T" on the Russian side of the monument, which is juxtaposed with the boundary pillar set up by Russia.

The word "earth" is one of the boundary markers between China and Russia, and it is also the first boundary marker on the Sino-Russian border. It flows into the Sea of Japan along the Tumen River, with a total length of15km. It was established in 1886 when the Qing government sent Wu Dayou to Russia for negotiations. There are three characters "Tupan" in the middle of our side, eight characters "April 12th year of Guangxu" on the left, and the word "T" in Russian, which translates into "Tu" in Chinese. There are not many words on the "clay plate", but the history of the rise and fall of the Chinese nation is deeply engraved in it.

Overthrow Pakistan's ambassador's unreasonable demand to erect a soil signboard 44 miles away from the estuary, thus winning back some lost land and erecting a soil signboard at the current site (according to the survey, in the early years of Tongzhi and Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, there were 3 or 4 families living here, including Qu Guanghua, who built a boat).

The Tuzi faction is adjacent to the city of Baer Gollner in the Soviet Union in the east, Manjiang and Guodou in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the west, and Wugang in the northwest. Now it is Russian territory, and the Russian name is Sikasimo. 1886, after the location of the earth plate was determined, Wu Dacheng and Russian ambassador baranov went to Liao Wang by bus.
