(5) It is strictly forbidden to handle weddings, funerals and celebrations in violation of regulations or take the opportunity to collect money;

(6) It is forbidden to use buses privately or "privately owned and publicly owned";

(7) It is strictly forbidden to enter and leave private clubs in violation of regulations or participate in feudal superstition and gambling activities;

(8) It is strictly forbidden to participate in hometown associations, alumni associations and comrades-in-arms associations in violation of regulations;

fourth, it is necessary to standardize the activities of overseas visits, reasonably arrange the activities of overseas visits based on the overall needs of diplomatic work, strictly control the people accompanying the visits, take transportation in strict accordance with the regulations, and generally do not arrange Chinese-funded institutions, overseas Chinese and representatives of overseas students to wait at the airport to see them off.
