4. National Volume B (12 provinces).

Applicable provinces: Henan, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Anhui, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Inner Mongolia.
