1. 2. The railway transportation system is responsible for the transportation of mine materials and personnel. In order to do a good job in the safety management of rail transit, eliminate the hidden dangers of rail transit from the source, put an end to all kinds of transportation accidents, ensure the safety of workers' lives and enterprise property, and ensure the healthy and stable development of our mine, I solemnly make the following commitments:

1. Carefully study the document Notice on Strengthening Railway Transportation Management (YJF (20xx) No.347), check it in detail according to the specific requirements of the document and strictly implement it.

2, conscientiously do a good job in the safety management and education of cadres and workers, standardize the operation behavior of cadres and workers, and consciously abide by the measures for the administration of rail transit in this mine.

3. Strictly abide by the Regulations on the Administration of People and Vehicles and the Regulations on Overhead Manned Devices. Obey the command of the staff.

4, according to the provisions of the mine tank line up and down, bottom don't walk from the car, alleys don't walk the center line, the sidewalk don't walk. When a vehicle passes, stop at the same place and lean against the wall of the spacious driveway, and then walk after the vehicle passes. Walking in the inclined lane, it is certain that "no one can drive, pedestrians can't drive".

5. When loading materials, strictly implement the "Four Supercars" vehicle transportation management measures. Before loading, strictly formulate the technical measures for the transportation safety of "Four Supercars", organize the study and implement them to every cadre and worker in the construction after approval. Large pieces such as drilling rig, water pump and shotcrete machine used in the workplace should be used together with special material tool vehicles. After loading, four overtaking vehicles must be tied firmly.

6. After loading the Sichao vehicle, consciously perform the handover procedures for the Sichao vehicle with the wellhead personnel of the transportation team, and organize the personnel to leave after being confirmed to be qualified.

7, loading and unloading location, must use good track safety facilities and wedge, to prevent the vehicle from sliding.

8, vehicles off the road, must strictly implement the harvesters off the road treatment measures, there must be a leader on duty or monitor to the scene to organize processing, it is forbidden to use winch to forcibly pull the vehicle on the road.

Chapter III Commitment on Transportation Safety According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transportation, Regulations on Road Freight Transportation and Station Management, and other laws and regulations, in order to further strengthen the safety in production of road freight transportation enterprises, effectively implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety in production, and ensure that enterprises achieve safety in production, we hereby make a public commitment to the society:

First, strengthen the company's safety organization and leadership. Adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive first", set up a leading group for safety production, hold regular safety meetings, sign safety target responsibility letters at different levels, and implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production.
