First, the cruise taxi fare is guided by the government.

According to the "Implementation Opinions of Zhenjiang Municipal People's Government Office on Deepening the Reform of Taxi Industry", the formation mechanism of freight rate will be improved, and the government-guided price will be implemented for the cruise taxi fare, that is, the government will formulate and publish the benchmark freight rate and floating range. On the basis of the benchmark freight rate, cruise taxi operators comprehensively consider market supply and demand, operating costs, traffic conditions, service quality, residents' income and drivers' income level and other factors to determine the actual implementation freight rate of cruise taxis within the floating range.
