Machining accuracy maintenance

Before closing the equipment, the workbench and saddle must be moved to the center of the machine tool, that is, the three-axis stroke is located in the middle of each axis stroke. Ensure that the machine is kept dry and clean during processing or after shutdown.

Daily maintenance

Daily routine maintenance includes checking the level of lubricating oil to ensure the smooth operation of the machine tool, checking whether the coolant in the coolant tank is enough, and adding it in time if it is not enough. Maintenance personnel also need to pay attention to the oil level height of pneumatic triplex to ensure that it is not lower than two-thirds of the height of the whole tubing. It is also necessary to turn on the drain switch every day to drain the water vapor in the irrigation water of its oil filter. Air pressure adjustment knob, turning to the left can reduce the pressure, and turning to the right can increase the pressure. Make necessary adjustments according to the air pressure of the equipment.

For the inner cone hole of the spindle, always check whether the air blowing is normal, and often wipe the inner cone hole with clean cotton cloth and spray light oil. In addition, it is necessary to clean the knife arm and knives, exposed limit switches and bumpers of the knife library frequently, and remove oil stains on the workbench, machine tools and three-axis telescopic shields. Check whether the signal lights and warning lights can be lit normally and whether the pipeline of the oil pressure unit is leaking. After work every day, the machining center must be cleaned and cleaned to keep the equipment and its surrounding environment clean and tidy.

Weekly maintenance

The air filter screen, cooling pump and lubricating oil pump filter screen of the heat exchanger in the machining center should be cleaned once a week, and it is also necessary to check whether the tool bolt is loose, whether the handle is clean, whether the action of the tool changing arm or the rotation of the tool head in the tool magazine is smooth, and whether the origin of the triple mechanism deviates. If the machining center is equipped with an oil cooler, it is necessary to ensure that the oil-cooled engine oil is not lower than the scale line, otherwise it should be added in time. The temperature setting of the oil cooler should be between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.

Monthly maintenance

Check whether the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis tracks are well lubricated every month, and check and clean the limit switch and bumper. If the oil in the oil cup of the knife cylinder is insufficient, it should be added in time. Also pay attention to whether the signs and warning signs on the machine tool are still there, and whether the words and patterns on them are clear and legible.

Half-year maintenance

Every six months, remove the triaxial chip protection device, check and clean the triaxial oil pipe joint, ball screw and triaxial limit switch. It is also necessary to maintain the good effect of the hard rail scraping blades of each shaft. Pay attention to whether the servo motor and head of each shaft are operating normally and whether there is abnormal sound during operation. The oil in the hydraulic unit and the reduction mechanism of the tool magazine should be replaced or replenished as needed, and the clearance of each shaft should be tested, and the compensation amount can be adjusted if necessary. All contacts, connectors, sockets and switches of the machine tool should be thoroughly checked to see if they are normal, and the dust in the electric box should be cleaned once.

Annual maintenance

Check once a year whether the keys are normal and sensitive, and whether the vertical accuracy of each axis is up to standard. In addition, thoroughly clean the cutting fluid tank and replace the cutting fluid.

Daily maintenance and repair

It is very important that the grounding protection system of machine tools is intact. Once the metal shell leaks electricity, the grounding system can ensure the personal safety of the operator. Therefore, inspection should be carried out in daily maintenance and repair. In addition, it is also necessary to regularly check whether the wiring of gas components such as circuit breakers, contactors, single-phase or three-phase arc extinguishing chambers is loose and the noise is too large, find out the reasons and eliminate hidden dangers in time. If the cooling fan in the electric cabinet does not work properly, it may cause damage to the gas components, so please check the fan. Also, if the fuse blows and the air switch trips frequently, find out the reason and eliminate it in time. If the battery voltage of the servo drive is too low, it needs to be replaced. When replacing the battery, turn on the power supply of the drive unit 30 minutes in advance, and complete the battery replacement within 1 hour.
