One month later, due to his outstanding performance in serious work, he was appreciated by the then workshop director and transferred to the PK process to learn machine operation.
The next year, he was promoted to the monitor of the PK process in the high-temperature workshop. Since then, he has served as the director of the high-temperature workshop and the person in charge of production planning. He was honored to join the party in 2018 and has served as the manager of the production department since 2020.
While serving as the director of the high-temperature workshop, he began to build a workshop from scratch, with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons, setting a record for the highest output that year. Due to the early stage of setting up a new workshop, there were few people, large output, and heavy tasks. He once worked continuously for more than 30 hours all day and night. In order to improve production efficiency, he also introduced Licheng's first intestinal pendulum assembly line, realizing the transition from single-machine operation to full-line production operations.

From a few dozen people in those days, to now, only one factory has more than 700 workers in three workshops: high temperature, low temperature and crab sticks, with several With an internationally advanced assembly line, it can be said that Yang Zhenwei has witnessed the rapid development of Licheng Food all the way.
Yang Zhenwei joined the company as a grassroots worker at the age of 16, and became the youngest department manager of Licheng Company less than 30 years old. Yang Zhenwei became a lucky man in the eyes of many people.
