The predicative in English has the following meanings.
1. In a sense, predicative is a grammatical component that answers the subject "What" or "How".
2. It modifies the subject, and the predication is used to explain the identity, nature, character, characteristics and state of the subject. Predicate and conjunction must form a compound predicate of a sentence. Predicates are usually served by nouns, adjectives, adverbs, prepositional phrases, infinitives, verbs -ing and clauses, which are usually located after conjunctions.
