Even when Bo Yun goes to the toilet, the cat will follow behind him. So some boring people began to spread rumors that cats can make people fascinated, and said that Bo Yun was possessed by a cat demon.

The owner of the brothel, Jiroemon Miura, was worried that Bo Yun was really possessed by the cat demon, so he ordered Bo Yun to throw away the "jade". But Bo Yun didn't take it seriously, and continued to love "jade" as much as his life. So one day, the owner of the brothel took advantage of "Yu" following Bo Yun into the toilet, and drew his knife to chop off "Yu"'s cat head. Just when "Yu"'s cat head flew down, the owner of the hospital discovered that the cat's head was biting the head of a snake. Only then did he know that "Yu" went to the toilet to protect his owner Bo Yun.

However, if a fire broke out in the temple in the future, the evidence would be lost. There was a currency exchange shop in Edo. The owner, Kisaburo Tian, ??had a cat named "Tama". This cat had a particularly close relationship with the young fishmonger who came in and out of the owner's house. Every day when the fishmonger goes to the owner's house to sell fresh fish, he always throws a fresh fish to "Yu". One day, the fishmonger fell seriously ill. Because he was a bachelor, and because there was a trend in Edo of "having no overnight money", that is, the Edo temperament of being drunk now and drunk the next, the fishmonger not only could not get the medical expenses. After leaving, life becomes unsustainable.

Just when the fishmonger had sent all the valuable furniture to the pawn shop and was about to run out of food, he found a paper bag lying on his pillow. When he opened it, he found two one-tael gold coins inside. A few months later, the fishmonger recovered and planned to discuss with the owner of the currency exchange shop to raise funds to restart his business. When he arrived at the currency exchange shop owner's house, "Jade" was nowhere to be seen. After inquiring, they learned that two taels of gold coins had been stolen from the store, which made the employees suspicious of each other. The owner set up a dragnet to conduct a search and found that "Yu" had tried to sneak out several times with gold coins in his mouth. The owner had no choice but to reluctantly execute "Yu". Suddenly, the fishmonger understood everything and told the shopkeeper the whole story. The shopkeeper suddenly realized that the purpose of "Jade" sneaking out with the gold coins in his mouth was to raise funds for the fishmonger.

Later, when the fishmonger became famous, in order to commemorate "Jade", a cat mound was built in the Toryogo Temple in Tokyo and named "Koban Neko". In the middle of the Edo period, there was a prosperous brothel in the Ryogoku area of ??the Sumida River (Sumida Ward). There was a silver-painted cat at the door.

So the old lady asked the kiln owner to make pottery lucky cats, and opened a shop in Asakusa specializing in selling Imado-yaki lucky cats. At that time, the Imado-yaki Lucky Cat was very popular in Asakusa, and the business was very prosperous.
