1. During the epidemic prevention and control period, all hospitals in the central city will operate normally, and the public can seek medical treatment as needed. Encourage priority to be given to online medical treatment through Internet hospitals, Internet diagnosis and treatment, health consultation hotlines, etc., so as not to go out unless necessary. If you really need to go out for medical treatment, you can only seek medical treatment after actively reporting it to the community.

2. For critically ill patients and pregnant women, you can directly dial the 120 emergency hotline and report to the street, park, or isolation point where they are located, and they will be transferred to a medical institution for treatment by ambulance. After diagnosis and treatment, vehicles will be arranged from streets, parks, and isolation points to pick them up point-to-point, implementing closed-loop management.

3. Non-emergency patients can first call the consultation hotline of the medical institution for health consultation. If they really need to go out for medical treatment, they can call the street or park number where they are located, and the street or park will send vehicles to transfer them point-to-point to the medical institution for treatment. The street , the park arranges point-to-point pickup of vehicles and implements closed-loop management.

4. For patients with renal failure, cancer patients and other patients who need to maintain regular treatment, they can directly make an appointment with the medical institution where they have visited before, and have their family members or themselves bring the disease diagnosis certificate or medical record from the medical institution, etc. Submit an application to the residential property or community with relevant information, and after obtaining consent, go to a medical institution for medical treatment, and implement "two-point and one-line" closed-loop management from hospital to home.

6. When patients are discharged from the hospital and return home, they must present a discharge certificate issued by the hospital on the same day to be released; when picking up patients, they must report to the street or park in advance, and register with the certificate stamped with the official seal of the street or park.
