5. Fireworks and firecrackers shall be set off outside the area where discharge is prohibited, and shall not be thrown at pedestrians, vehicles, buildings, structures, crowded places and places where discharge is prohibited, and shall not hinder the safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles and affect traffic order. It is forbidden to set off or throw fireworks and firecrackers in corridors, balconies, windows, roofs and other places of buildings. Fireworks and firecrackers shall not be set off in other ways that endanger public safety and personal and property safety. Parents or guardians of minors shall educate and guide minors to abide by relevant regulations.
