It is a national non-profit social organization approved by the State Council and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a national self-regulatory organization for the payment and clearing service industry in China. The competent business unit of the Association is the People's Bank of China. The meeting place is located in Beijing. With the aim of promoting members' interests to be consistent, the Association conducts self-discipline management on the payment and clearing service industry, maintains the market order of payment and clearing service and the legitimate rights and interests of members, guards against the risks of payment and clearing service, and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of the payment and clearing service industry.
