3. Activity content and implementation steps

(2) Selection of the “Top Ten Outstanding Doctors” in 20xx.

1. Selection principles

Adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness to ensure broad representation and public recognition, facing the clinical front line, outstanding work performance and medical ethics Excellent medical staff with noble medical ethics.

2. Selection conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

① Physicians who have worked in our hospital for more than one year and have obtained the "Physician Qualification Certificate" or are engaged in Medical technicians in pharmacy, testing, and imaging. There is no illegal or disciplinary behavior, no record of accepting or requesting red envelopes or kickbacks.

② Proficiency in clinical business skills, conscientiousness towards patients, hard work on business, no errors or accidents, no fourth or fifth-level medical records, and no failure in relevant examinations such as three basic theories.

③ Have a good service attitude, good doctor-patient communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have no record of complaints from patients or family members.

(2) Those who meet one of the following conditions:

①The top 10 doctors for the number of surgeries.

②The top 10 doctors with the largest number of discharged patients.

③The top 10 doctors by number of outpatient visits.

④ Departments other than internal medicine, surgery, and psychiatry require recommendees to have won advanced titles related to medical services at or above the department level or to have developed new technologies that have a greater impact.

4. Selection procedure

(1) Announcement of optional conditions: The Medical Department and other relevant functional departments will publish the list of personnel with relevant optional conditions before 12:00 on August 11 net.

(2) Individual application and department recommendation: According to the selection conditions, individuals fill in the "Hunan Provincial Second People's Hospital Outstanding Physician Recommendation Form" (see attachment).
