Article 4 Huainan City Appearance Management Bureau is the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the Municipal People's Government (hereinafter referred to as the administrative department of city appearance), and is in charge of city appearance and environmental sanitation work according to law. Main responsibilities are:
