Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine (also known as "Shaw Science Museum") was founded in 1990 and is a modern building. The museum is divided into two parts: traditional Chinese medicine specimens and Chinese medical history, which gathers the essence of traditional Chinese medicine.

*** has collected more than 930 pieces of medical historical relics from past dynasties, more than 200 kinds of ancient thread-bound medical books, and more than 6,000 volumes of traditional Chinese medicine books and periodicals. Among them are pictures of Bian Que practicing medicine (portrait stone of the Han Dynasty), statues of famous doctors from past dynasties, sand table models, bronze acupuncture figures imitating Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, white copper surgical utensils of traditional Chinese medicine, medical utensils of ethnic minorities, Ming edition medical books, etc. The main purpose of this exhibition hall is teaching. Students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine are regularly arranged to take classes in the exhibition hall every year, and teachers selected by the museum provide on-site explanations. Chinese and English videos, videotapes, slides and Chinese medicine reference books in multiple languages ??are also available for viewers and visitors to choose from.

The Chinese Medicine Exhibition Hall was formerly known as the "Chinese Medicine Herbarium" and mainly serves the school's teaching. It is divided into five parts: a comprehensive exhibition hall of traditional Chinese medicine, a herbarium of medicinal plants, a herbarium of Chinese medicinal materials, an exhibition room of Chinese herbal medicine pieces and patent medicines, and an exhibition window of medicinal animals. It displays more than 600 kinds of commonly used Chinese medicines, collects more than 3,000 kinds of medicinal plants (more than 12,000 copies), 2,500 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine specimens, and more than 2,000 kinds of various types of Chinese herbal medicine pieces. There are more than 1,000 kinds of Chinese patent medicines, nearly 200 kinds of taxidermy and dipping specimens of medicinal animals, and hundreds of color photos of medicinal plants.
