Can the construction unit put the container on the road of the residential building?

Construction units shall not place containers on the roads of residential buildings.

According to the Regulations on Urban Road Management, it is forbidden to park, place, pile up and store articles on urban roads, and it is forbidden to occupy roads for construction work. Moreover, according to the Regulations on the Administration of Work Safety in Construction Projects, the construction unit should arrange the construction site reasonably according to the requirements of planning and construction organization design to ensure the safety of the construction site and the sanitation of the surrounding environment. Therefore, the construction unit cannot put the container on the road of the residential building.
