1998 April 17, the company was established. The founder (current chairman Shen Jianhua) rented a factory building of 100 square meters, and officially put up the brand of "Mei Qing Company". At that time, there were only six employees, and the transportation was only a yellow croaker car.

On May 5th, 1998, the trademark of Mei Qing was officially launched.

On June 5438+February 65438+February 8, 2000, the company moved to Lu Qing Road, covering an area of more than 3,500 square meters, with a fully enclosed modern factory building and 12 production lines. There are 32 refrigerated trucks, the number of employees has increased to more than 200, and the daily feeding capacity has reached 30 tons of soybeans.

In 200 1 year, Mei Qing bean products first entered Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Tongji University and other institutions of higher learning.

In 2002, Mei Qing bean products entered supermarkets in Shanghai one after another, and the variety increased from 35 to 52, and the annual output value increased from 30 million yuan to 50 million yuan. In 2003, the first batch of more than 50 specialty stores opened in Shanghai, and the strategic pattern of Mei Qing's long-term development began.

In 2004, Mei Qing products began to move towards the Yangtze River Delta region, and more than 80 specialty stores were opened in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.

In April 2005, the production and sales of bean products in Mei Qing ranked first in the same industry in China for the first time.

On June 30th, 2006, on the second day of the Lunar New Year, Mei Qing officially moved to a new address in Nanhui District. (Now Sanzao Industrial Park in Pudong New Area)

On June 165438+1October16, 2006, the first pile of the second phase project of the company was laid, which marked the official start of the second phase project of Mei Qing Company.

In March, 2007, the factory building in Mei Qing West District started construction.

On May 28th, 2007, the exhibition hall and museum for promoting China tofu culture were completed.

On April 17, 2008, the company celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Since 2006, tens of thousands of people at home and abroad have visited Mei Qing Company every year.

In July 2009, Chairman Shen Jianhua was gloriously elected as the representative of the Fourth People's Congress of Pudong New Area.
