What is the construction specification for laying ceramic tiles?

1. The specifications of the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles should not be too large, which makes the whole feeling uncoordinated and it is inconvenient to install floor drains on the ground. General kitchen and bathroom floor tiles are mostly 330*330 specifications.

2. Before tiling, the bathroom wall should be waterproof. If the way of sticking bricks is adopted, it is necessary to do another closed water test before sticking bricks, and it is best to do another floor waterproofing.

3. If you choose the waistline and tiles for kitchen tiles, you should consider the position of the waistline of the tiles, and the waistline should be along the upper edge of the cabinet. The position of ceramic tile should consider the position of cabinet pendant and hood, and don't be blocked when installing these objects. Affect the overall coordination and beauty.

When the shop is stuck:

1. The cement used for pasting kitchen and bathroom tiles is 425 cement, and the mixing ratio of cement and sand should not be greater than 1: 3. If the cement content is too heavy, the tiles will crack due to the high expansion coefficient of cement, thus reducing the service life of the tiles.

2. If the glazed tiles in the kitchen and bathroom use cement mortar as adhesive, the tiles need to be soaked in water before laying, and the soaking time should be 30 minutes without foaming after the tiles are completely soaked.

3. Whether the kitchen and bathroom tiles are laid in seamless brick or not, they should be left with a joint, which is recommended to be no less than 1mm, and 1.5-2 mm for ordinary wall tiles. The joint of antique tiles can be widened appropriately. The height of kitchen and bathroom wall brick should be higher than the ceiling height, generally not less than 10 cm.

4. Pay attention to the texture of the tile when paving it, so as to pave it along the texture. Pay attention to the direction of the flat waist line in the positive and negative directions, and don't stick it backwards. At the same time, the texture of the waist line of the tile is consistent with that of the brick.

After the shop is stuck:

1. Jointing shall be carried out after the tiles are completely dried. Usually after 24 hours.

2. After the floor tile is laid, you must wait for the ground to dry before you can walk around the brick surface or carry out other kitchen and bathroom decoration projects. Punching holes in the wall needs attention. At the same time, it is best to spray water at the punched place to cool down, so as to prevent the tiles from bursting in a short time due to the drastic change of temperature difference.

3. When punching holes in the wall, be sure to check whether there is empty drum, and at the same time check the retained pipeline map of hydropower transformation to avoid hitting the pipeline.
