Harbin is the capital city of Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the northeast of China. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Heilongjiang Province. Summer here is short and cool, but winter is long and cold. There is an ice and snow festival every year. People from all over China and foreign guests from other parts of the world come here to celebrate this festival. Sun Island is the most attractive place of interest.
