Implement prevention and control measures for employers who return to work after returning to work

1. Persons who have returned to work are required to take personal protection during the journey and try to avoid crowded and closed places. Properly keep information on public transport, transportation, accommodation, meals, etc. during the itinerary for future reference. Promote "point-to-point" return to work.

2. All regulated enterprises and larger enterprises should formulate plans for resumption of work and production after the Spring Festival and the "Resumption of Work Epidemic Prevention and Control Plan and Contingency Plan" in accordance with relevant policies on epidemic prevention and control, and prepare enterprises in advance Epidemic prevention and control work.

3. Each employer must establish a "one person, one file" for each employee, promptly understand the status of returning employees, and understand the itinerary, current location, health status and return status of returning employees during the Spring Festival. Work plan and remind employees to check in healthily.

4. Each employer must implement normalized management measures for epidemic prevention, prepare sufficient epidemic prevention materials, strictly implement measures such as "temperature measurement, bright code, and wearing masks", and conduct inspections of public places every day. Preventive disinfection is carried out, employees are arranged to have their body temperature checked twice a day, and dining in the canteen is carried out according to time periods and regions as much as possible.

5. All units and enterprises should strengthen the management of personnel returning to work after the holidays, conduct health monitoring of personnel, and report any abnormality to the office of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in their jurisdiction as soon as possible.
