1. 2. Please prepare your personal ID card, mobile phone, and nucleic acid sampling code before taking the test. Wear a mask throughout the process. Be sure to keep a distance of one meter when queuing. Do not crowd or gather, and do not touch the sampling table.

3. For the elderly who go to collect samples alone and cannot use smartphones, please prepare your ID card and a small piece of paper with your mobile phone number. We will arrange staff to provide you with guidance and assistance. Parents of children without ID cards are asked to carry their family household register with them.

4. Persons who have received the COVID-19 vaccine in the past two days are not allowed to participate in the nucleic acid test of all employees. All teachers, students and employees of the school need to participate in this nucleic acid test for all employees. Persons involved in medium- and high-risk areas, and those with symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, etc., should report to their village community as soon as possible and are not allowed to enter the sampling point.
