After receiving the relevant documents from the superior, our town immediately held a deployment meeting, set up a leading group of the whole regiment, set up a political review group, implemented propaganda personnel, and decomposed tasks. The "Notice on Seriously Doing a Good Job in Militia Group Work" and "Implementation Opinions on Militia Group Work in 20 15" were formulated and issued, which provided a strong guarantee for the smooth development of this work. After the meeting, the People's Armed Forces Department of the town formulated a specific work plan, implemented the contents of the plan, and vigorously publicized the importance of the whole militia work through radio and slogans.

Second, scientific grouping, with sufficient quantity and high quality.

In this year's work of the whole regiment, we will focus on the quality of soldiers. First of all, we should take the political examination as the first important link, understand the political quality of the new militia candidates from the front and side, and resolutely put an end to people with gambling, drug abuse and other criminal records mixing into militia organizations. Fill in the political examination form and establish personal files. Secondly, according to the "Interim Provisions on the Reorganization of Grassroots Militia Organizations", we will adjust the grouping, and all qualified veterans and qualified personnel will be incorporated into the team, and those who are over-aged or other unqualified will be adjusted out of the team. While ensuring the full staffing, the age structure will gradually become reasonable.

Once again, the militia inspection was completed in strict accordance with the requirements and with high standards. Do it well in advance, strictly follow the inspection process during the activity, and focus on calling points. Those who have not returned will return points, and the attendance rate will be 100%. According to the annual military training plan, strict military training has been carried out for militia organizations, and the qualified rate of training has reached 95%, and the militia company commander has reached 85%. The organization and implementation are in good condition.

Third, strengthen the ideological and political work of the whole regiment and purify the militia.

In this year's work of the whole regiment, our town focused on the ideological education and political review of the militia, and formulated and issued the Opinions on Seriously Doing a Good Job in the Political Work of the Militia Regiment. During the officers and men's meeting, the villages organized militia to study military service law, national defense law, militia work regulations and the party's line, principles and policies, which further improved the ideological consciousness of all militia in our town.
