According to the "Guiding Opinions of Xinchang County Education and Sports Bureau on the Enrollment of Urban Public Kindergartens in 2020" and combined with the actual situation of the kindergarten, Xinchang is now formulated County Nanming Kindergarten 2020 Autumn Enrollment Announcement. The relevant matters are now informed as follows:

1. Enrollment Principles

Enrollment is open to the nearest public.

2. Enrollment targets and conditions

1. Children of small class age who are three years old or older, in good health, and able to participate in group education activities normally.

2. Children with the same household, registered in urban communities or administrative villages, and school-age children whose parents or themselves have valid residential houses in the urban area.

Specific scope: 17 communities within the enrollment range of urban primary schools; all administrative villages in Qixing Street; Gantang, Dishan, Wangjiangshan, _Qian, Lianhu, Lixiaoyu, and Xinmin in Nanming Street , Guailianshan, Nanniwan and other administrative villages, as well as Chengyu, Chengmin, Chengxing, Chengjian, Chengsheng, Shizhong, Donglian and other demolished villages to build residential villages; Nian'ao Village and Aoyuan, Ma Dawang in Yulin Street , Qingshantou, Baiduan, Quanqing, Wangjiayuan, Xinyan and other villages were removed and built as residential villages.

3. Enrollment Plan

It is tentatively planned to enroll 3 small classes in 2020, with 30 students in each class, totaling 90 students.

IV. Admissions Procedure

Step 1

Registration

Second step

On-site review

Parents or guardians who have successfully submitted online registration materials will bring relevant materials with their children to Nanming Kindergarten for on-site review. Overdue applications will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.

Audit time: July 5th. Applications overdue will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.

Audit location: the playground on the first floor of Nanming Kindergarten.

Required materials: child’s birth certificate, household registration book, ID cards of both parents, valid real estate certificate.

The third step

Admission of new students

According to the registration verification, the admission of infants will be notified separately.

5. Relevant instructions

1. According to relevant policies, priority will be given to admission to the nearest park in the following situations.

① Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee Renling No. 4 "Shaoxing City High-level Talent Service "One Card" Implementation Measures": Qualified children of high-level talents introduced from outside the city.

②Emergency No. 37 "Notice of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Education on Preferential Treatment for National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Members and Their Children": Eligible martyrs, heroic models and those who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, first-level Children of fire rescue personnel who are disabled on duty to Level 4 and children of active fire rescue personnel.

③The Ministry of Veterans issued No. 1 "Opinions on Strengthening Preferential Treatment for Military Families, Retired Soldiers and Other Preferential Care Objects": Eligible active duty military personnel, martyrs and children of military personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.

④ Children of qualified Xinchang medical team members assisting Hubei.

⑤ Children of qualified teaching staff in the kindergarten.

Policy-based kindergarten students must present certificates from relevant departments. Parents or guardians should bring their children and their birth certificates, household registers, ID cards of both parents, and valid real estate certificates to the kindergarten for on-site inspection on July 4. Review.

2. Explanation on valid real estate

①The property-owned house used as the basis for admission to the park must be a residential house, and the property-right certificate shall prevail. If your parents or you own two or more properties that meet the conditions, you can choose one of them as the basis for registration.

②If your parents or you own independent real estate, and you have the same real estate, the independent real estate shall be used as the basis.

③The area of ??the property used as the basis for admission must be 45 square meters or more.

④For the property owned by parents or the person and their direct blood relatives, the area of ??the property occupied by the parents or the person shall not be less than 45 square meters.

⑤ Property ownership certificates or related certificates must be provided for properties in administrative villages.

3. The treatment for children of demolished households within the urban area will remain unchanged as stipulated in the original demolition policy.

4. The deadline for valid documents such as children’s household registration and real estate registration is July 2, 2020. All materials must be true and valid. If there is any false information, the registration and admission qualification will be cancelled.

5. All children’s household registration, family housing information, etc. shall be subject to verification by the kindergarten and verification by the relevant competent authorities.

6. Due to the limited enrollment quota, we cannot guarantee that every child who pre-registers will be admitted. Parents must be prepared to register in other kindergartens.
