The second is corn and soybean production subsidies.

Corn and soybean are the main food crops. Carrying out soybean-corn strip compound planting is beneficial to the efficient use of cultivated land, and encouraging the planting of corn and soybean to improve the yield of corn and soybean in China. The document also makes it clear that the subsidy standards for corn and soybean producers should be raised, and full-cost insurance and planting income insurance should be implemented on a pilot basis.
