According to Article 20 of the "Regulations on Electricity Supply and Consumption of Guangdong Province", it is prohibited to climb poles, towers and other facilities of overhead power lines without authorization, or to erect lines, post advertisements, or hang advertisements on their poles or towers. Plaques and other items that endanger power line facilities.
