Article 6 Biweekly consultation forums shall be sponsored by relevant special committees, and some topics shall be jointly sponsored by the Central Committee of the Democratic Party and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The comprehensive office is responsible for the organization and coordination of the meeting.

Article 7 Before the biweekly consultation forum, the organizer shall organize relevant members to carry out in-depth investigation and research around the topic, fully understand the situation, carefully analyze the problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the quality of the deliberation suggestions.

Article 8 On the basis of investigation and study, the organizer puts forward the plan of biweekly consultation forum and submits it to the chairman for approval according to the procedure. A week before the meeting, the general office held a coordination meeting to implement the organization and service of the project.

The ninth biweekly consultation forum invited the chairman, relevant vice-chairmen and members to participate, and invited relevant experts and scholars to participate as appropriate; Invite the heads of central and state organs and departments related to the topic to attend the meeting to introduce the situation and interact. The members attending the meeting are mainly members of democratic parties and independents, generally around 20 people. Members can also register or submit opinions and suggestions according to the topic.
